Seaton Ross village is located in East Riding of Yorkshire. It is situated approximately 20 miles South East of York and lies close to the towns of Pocklington and Market Weighton.

There are around two hundred homes within the village most of which are along the winding, main road. The village is served by a Village Hall, St. Edmunds Church, a shop and a Public House, the Black Horse. There are also Playing Fields and a Village Wildlife Plot.
